I am Natasa Loizou, an International Consultant, Researcher and Trainer with over 20 years of experience in defence, security, public administration, and strategic innovation across Latin America and Europe. Born in Cyprus, educated in Great Britain, and having built my career in Argentina, I bring a global perspective enriched by local insights. I know how to bridge cultures, navigate complex challenges, and turn ambitious ideas into successful realities.

My academic journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent and a Master’s degree in International Security from the University of Bristol, along with certifications in Agile Project Management (PM4R – Inter-American Development Bank), Innovation Management (University of Salamanca), and Transport Safety in Latin America (IDBx). I combine strategic thinking with innovative practices to deliver effective, measurable results.

Some of my most impactful achievements include leading the destruction of over 54,000 firearms and 21 tons of ammunition in Argentina, improving public safety through agile methodologies, and creating 5 Federal Innovation and Transfer Centres that connect universities, companies and research institutions to enhance local productive capacities for socio-economic growth.

Currently, I serve as the Strategy Implementation Officer of AIPFE Cyprus Board of Directors and the Public Relations Director of Fundación Oeste in Argentina, where I actively contribute to projects focused on empowering SMEs, fostering public-private collaboration, and promoting professional training and leadership among women and youth. In 2024, I established an international research consulting hub, bringing together my extensive academic and practical experience to strengthen strategic capacities for SMEs and public organisations in the Mediterranean. My goal? To make organisations like yours more agile, competitive and profitable.

I am also a public speaker and thought leader, regularly featured in mainstream and alternative media and presenting at business forums, academic conferences and policy events like the Arms Control Treaty Annual Conference, Cyprus Forum, Buenos Aires Industrial Union, SAAP Conference, Latin American Webinar on Gender and Arms Control, National Registry Forum, MammaMu Podcast, RIK Cyprus, TV Pública Argentina, and Alpha TV.
